Deal done! NET $1.84

Ok, I just ran down to get Alek from work.  I couldn't resist going to WAGS to get a deal... it is really a HIGH for me! 

Here's what I got:

You can see the RRs in this pix.  There are two for $1.50, and one for $3. 

So I ended up with:

2 -18ct boxes of Kotex Tampons
2 - Super Poligrip
8 - Three Musketeer bars (Alek ate one...)
2 - Valentine pencils (used as fillers)

$17.28+ .84 tax = $18.12

 Total OOP for me on this one was $7.84, but when you subtract the $6 RR...

I spent a NET $1.84 OOP!!

Three Musketeers... 12 cents each!

Walgreens deal: Chocolate Three Musketeers bars: Buy three - get $1 RR, Buy four - get $1.50 RR.

Today thru Saturday (2/13) this is how you can get them for .12 cents:

Buy four Three Musketeer bars
Use $0.49 in-ad coupon (their ad is at the front of the store - just get one)
Pay $1.96 plus tax out of pocket and earn $1.50 RR back



*Register Rewards (RR) come out of a little machine after you finish your transaction.  They are printed on cash register receipt paper.  They are basically like a gift card for a certain amount of $ and are "good on your next purchase."   They are usually good for 1 week, so don't stuff them away in your wallet and forget about them!

Just came up with this one:

Now the candy is FREE and you make .50 on the deal!

Do the Super Poligrip deal with the coupon here = .50* out of pocket and $2RR

Then do the 3 Musketeers using the Poligrip RR, (you have to get a "filler" for this one cuz the product is less than the RR.  Use a Valentine pencil for .20 w/in-ad coupon) pay .23 out of pocket for candy/pencil, and still have $1.50 to spend.

So, for .73 cents oop, you get 4 candy bars, 1 Super Poligrip AND the $1.50 RR to spend!

I love cereal.  My kids love cereal.  We would eat cereal for dinner every night if I could NOT feel guilty about it.  But... I do, so I make real dinners.  HOWEVER, we stock up on cereal every chance we get.

There is a Daytona 500 Promo where if you buy 10 of certain products, you get $3 off your order instantly.  The best one (read: cheapest) is stocking up on BBQ sauce:

Kraft BBQ sauce is .69 ea when you buy 10. 

4lbs frozen chicken breasts = $6.96 

**Stick that cheap chicken in the crockpot, cover it with cheap BBQ sauce, let it cook all day, and VOILA!  Delish and inexpensive dinner!

Kroger brand sour cream, cottage cheese, and chips/veggie dip are all $1 each.

Utah BuyLow/Walmart produce deals

Wednesday is the day that we go shopping for produce... cuz it is the day that BuyLow's ad begins.  Remember, Walmart will match price, and BuyLow has a price... and it's one we like, so we do it!  You just need to get your hands on the BuyLow ad (which should have come yesterday... in Ut).  If not, go here and print it off.
